Key US Supreme Court Cases and PSC on Notice

We explore two key US Supreme Court cases – one ruling just released was a strong defense of free speech, and another case under advisement is the challenge to Birthright Citizenship for illegal aliens and other non-citizens.   Derek Oestreicher (A-striker), Chief Legal Counsel for the Montana Family Foundation will join us with more information about these impactful cases.

Then, we’ll explore the question being asked more loudly this election season, should the Montana Public Service Commission be an appointed body, or should Montana continue to be one of only about 10 states that continues to elect the utility regulating government agency?   PSC District 1 candidate Jeff Pattison will join us discuss the issue.
