In Washington D. C., Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm said it’s critical for the nation to find a solution for storing spent nuclear fuel, as the need for more carbon-friendly, baseload production emergences.

In Montana, industry and the state legislature are studying the potential for nuclear fuel generation in the state. We’ll see where that discussion is at with State Senator Terry Gauthier .
