Parental Consent Abortion Law Struck Down by State Supreme Court

A recent Montana Supreme Court ruling overturned a law requiring written consent from parents before minors could receive an abortion. The ruling seemingly placed the state in front of parental rights when it comes to medical decisions regarding their minor children.
