I listen to your program on 930 AM in Missoula and unfortunately it is not broadcast live so I cannot call in. During the show to be broadcast on 7/22/22 please ask FWP director about the following: On July 14 the Missoulian had a “guest view” letter on the opinion page by Doug Krings from Lewiston. In the piece he states that “On June 1, FWP admitted it accidentally mailed an additional 1,200 elk and deer combo tags to unsuccessful non-residents, for free.” This amounts to over 1.3 million dollars. Is this correct? Will an an outside agency investigate how this happened? Will the public ever be informed if/and when this is investigated and the results if true?
