New Montana Veterinary School Gets the Go Ahead

In Montana, it’s safe to say we love our pets and try to take care good care of them. We’re also a state that has a lot of livestock, and horses.

Taking good care of our animals could become more of a challenge in the future as the number of veterinarians is projected to decline. Today we talk about reversing that trend with Dr. Robert Murtaugh, Founding Dean of Rocky Vista University, College of Veterinary Medicine, which was recently approved to be established at RVU’s Montana Campus.

Dr. Murtaugh will be in-studio to lead a discussion with practicing veterinarians and members of the ag community about the new veterinarian school in Montana and its potential impact.
