Supporters of a constitutional amendment to cap property tax growth rates are now seeking your signatures. Matthew Monforton, Bozeman attorney, former state legislator and one of the leading proponents of the CI-121 ballot initiative, discusses why their group feels this will help alleviate a growing property tax burden. He also addresses some of the arguments from those opposing this initiative and answers some caller-questions concerning the potential impact it would have across Montana.
