Congressman-elect Troy Downing stops in after his victory in the Eastern District Congressional race to set the stage as he prepares for to take office in the U.S. House of Representatives. Downing, an Air Force Combat veteran and successful businessman, also talked about the committee assignments he is seeking, and the issues he believes they’ll be tackling in the early weeks of the next Congressional Session starting in January.
