Frontier Institute, a Montana grassroots research and policy organization, has filed an Amicus Brief to the Montana Supreme Court as the high court considers the state’s appeal of the Held Vs. Montana decision, where a district judge ruled the state of Montana must consider the global impact Montana development projects would have on climate.
