Montana, is in front of the U.S. Supreme Court and could redefine police authority to enter homes during emergencies. In addition, a coalition of 26 states, led by Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen, learned on Friday that the Supreme Court will hear their challenge to a 9th Circuit Court ruling limiting 2nd Amendment rights in Hawaii.
