It’s known as one of the most rugged and intense races in the world, and just the sort of experience one Montana thrill-seeker was looking for. Last November, Kurt’s Polaris owner Curtis Friede from Seeley Lake competed in the Baja 1000, a competitive and grueling off-road race throughout Mexico’s Baja desert, and has a few stories to tell.
