National Girls and Women in Sports Day is tomorrow (Wednesday Feb 7th), and today we’ll take a look at the current status of women’s sports, how far its come, and what is left on the horizon.
MSU Bobcats women’s head coach Tricia Binford will join us. She’s a former WNBA player who also stared at Boise State, and has been at the helm of the Bobcat Women’s program since 2005.
Greta Buehler will also come alongside. She’s a former WNBA player, who played for the Malta M’ettes in high school, and then had an outstanding college career as a Lady Griz. Greta is now an Assistant Director with the Montana High School Association.
Mike Erickson will also be with us. He’s in charge of athletics and activities at Lockwood high school.
