A wind farm proposal north of Glendive has opened the door to some questions about tower setbacks, wildlife harm mitigation, noise pollution, and public safety. Lenawee County (MI) Commissioner Kevon Martis has encountered many such questions in his position, and has been speaking nationally about equitable wind and solar zoning issues for the past decade. He joins Lindsay-area land owner Randy Arnston, who has brought his concerns as an adjacent non-participating land owner to the Dawson County Commission.
