Judge’s Ruling Halts Housing Reform, What’s Next?
A group of Montana homeowners has convinced a judge to halt the implementation of newly passed laws intended to help address the state’s housing problems. We’ll talk with State Senator Forrest Mandeville, a land use planning consultant who helped craft the legislation, and Kelly Lynch, Executive Director of the Montana League of Cities and Towns, which also played a big part in the new legislation, about the recent ruling and the steps they believe that need to be pursued to help our communities deal with the issue.
