Since it was introduced, proposed Constitutional Initiative “CI-121” has stirred controversy across Montana. We’ve previously heard from supporters of this initiative, which would cap the rate of growth for residential property taxes, but now we hear from a few opponents on some of the unintended consequences that could follow if it were passed.
