Well, the calendar says so, even if the weather hasn’t turned yet – it’s time for some winter recreation in Montana.
First, it’ll be backcountry snow safety with Dave Zinn of the Gallatin National Forest Avalanche Center. Then we’ll find out how quickly we can get bucked off our sleds as we head over to Seeley Lake and talk with Curtis Friede of Kurt’s Polaris. Then comes Lincoln County, and the Turner Mountain Ski Resort. Bruce Zwang will join us to talk about the unique community-owned ski mountain north of Libby in the Yaak.
